TropiProof was founded by Regis Burdier, a United States Air Force veteran and experienced construction professional with a career spanning commercial construction, facilities management, capital improvement programs, HVAC and mechanical systems, quality assurance, contractor management, project controls, and risk management.
Throughout his career, Regis has held leadership roles overseeing multimillion-dollar construction and infrastructure projects for nationally recognized organizations. His experience includes managing contractors, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring budgets and schedules, verifying construction quality, identifying project risks, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
This background provides a level of technical expertise that extends far beyond a traditional home inspection. Every inspection benefits from the perspective of someone who has managed construction projects from planning through completion — and who understands how workmanship, materials, building systems, and long-term durability affect a property's value.
